Golovatyj P. Productivity of apple orchards depending on pruning and the trunk cutting in the Right-Bank Forest - Steppe zone of Ukraine

Object of research - regularities of the growth and fruit bearing of apple-tree depending on multipleness of pruning and terms of trunk cutting. Purpose of research - ground of terms and multipleness of the annual pruning and non-permanent trunk cutting (once in three years) of trees of apple-tree in age the complete fruiting. Methods of research - the field, laboratory, mathematic-statistic. Theoretical and practical results - the rational system of pruning of the orchard of winter varietys of apple-tree is made to order on the rootstock of MM 106 in age the full fruit bearing. Scientific novelty - in conformities to the law of growth and fruiting of apple-tree of varietys of Mantuaner and Mutsu are first set Right-Bank Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine on the rootstock of MM 106 depending pruning with the non-permanent (once in three years) trunk cutting. Extent of introduction - in company "Zorja Ingulu" of corporation "Nikolaivsadvinprom", the "Artemovsk experimental station of Institute of horticulture of UAAS" and training-scientific-production department and in the course "Fruit science" at the Uman state agrarian university. Sphere of application - commercial horticulture, agrarian educational establishments.
