Kutovyy M. Early enteral nutrition effectiveness estimation in the severe form of acute pancreatitis complex treatment

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of algorithm of providing diagnostic and complex therapeutic assistance to patients with the severe form of acute pancreatitis, basing on using early enteral nutrition and estimation of its influence on the disease course. Morphological and immunohystochemical researches duodenum mucose membrane confirmed the possibility of digestion in early period of the disease. The improvement of absorbent and motor intestine function and portal blood circulation, restitution of protein composition of blood serum, positive dynamics of patients’ general state were proved while carrying out early enteral nutrition. The algorithm of diagnosis and treatment, the enteral nutrition protocol and the device for laparocentesis conducting were proposed. Using the developed algorithm of patients with severe form of acute pancreatitis treatment resulted in infectious complications reduction and decrease in lethality.
