Essay

Object - processes of development and functioning of milk products of sub-complex in Ukraine. Aim - explanation of methodically theoretical basis and development of practical recommendation for effective functioning of milk products sub-complex with simultaneous harmonization of economical relationship between subjects of market. Methods – system analysis, statistical grouping, correlation-regression analysis, concentration coefficients, exponential smoothing by Holt’s method, simplex method, input-output balance model. Novelty - for the first time suggested model of input-output balance of milk products subcomplex with determining of minimal permissible prices for milk, improved approaches for determining direction of market interaction evolution in relationship of subjects of system “manufacturing-processing-consumption of milk products”. Implemented - in scientific-researching papers, on the regional level of agricultural industry complex, in educational process. Sphere - food market of milk and milk products.
