Vorobej V. Prevention of preeclampsia and anemia at multiple pregnancy. - The manuscript.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease frequency of placental insufficiency at wemen with multipl pregnancy based on study results as clinic-ultrasound, endocrinological, hematostasiological, functional and hemodynamic features, and also development of a complex of reatment-and-prophylactic actions with the purpose of preventive maintenance of development of this pathology. Scientific novelty of the lead researches consists of comparative aspects of frequency for the first time, that have been studied, structures, durations of development and clinical current of placental insufficiency at pregnant women. Condition of system hemostasis, central hemodynamic, functional condition and hormonal function of fetoplacental complex wemen with multipl pregnancy on a background of placental insufficiency has been studied for the first time, that has allowed the author to expand available data about pathogenesis of development of placentary insufficiency and scientifically to prove a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions on decrease in frequency of the given pathology. Current of sorts at these women becomes complicated high frequency of premature break of perinatal environment, anomalies of patrimonial activity, uterus bleedings that leads to increase of frequency cesarean section and to increase postnatal complications and losses; introduction of the complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions developed by the author has allowed to lower essentially frequency of heavy forms of placental insufficiency, an arrest of development of a fruit, intranatal asficsia, a patrimonial traumatism and perinatal losses at multiple pregnancy.
