Theoretical methodical positions and practical recommendations on the improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of material stimulation by example of enterprises of mining metallurgical complex are developed in the thesis. An economic essence of categories of motivation and material stimulation of hired workers is defined. A chart of circulation of man power value is considered. A mechanism of forming wages is theoretically grounded. An economic essence of notion "adaptive motivation mechanism" is investigated. States of material stimulation in the conditions of the mining and metallurgical complex are considered. A graphic method of definition of satisfaction degree of production workers and enterprise owners' interests is offered. A method of adaptive estimation and prognostification of dynamics of wages at enterprise is developed. The system of purposes and factors of adaptive motivation mechanism taking into account their complex influence on the ultimate indices of production is improved. Amechanism of complex estimation of efficiency of process of material stimulation of personnel is developed.
