The dissertation submitted for a Doctor of philosophy in Geographical Science, specialized field 11.00.09 - Meteorology, climatology, agrometeorology.- Kiev National University, Kiev, 2008. Dissertation work is devoted to research of change of large-scale and regional circulation of atmosphere during the XX century and construction of scenarios of its change in the first half of the XXI century under act of natural, antropogenic and natural-antropogenic factors. On the basis of analysis of middle decade fields of sea-level pressure of January above the Northern hemisphere during the XX century found out influencing of natural, antropogenic and natural-antropogenic factors on the change of the pressure fields by which the scenarios of the field of pressure are built on the first three decades and to the middle of XXI century.
