Prygara L. Juridical Technique of Acts of Law Enforcement

The research is dedicated to problems of essence, peculiarities and meaning of juridical technique of law-enforcement acts as important variety of individual enactments. Complex analysis of nature of law-enforcement acts has been conducted, their place in the network of normative documents has been determined. The definition of such notions as "juridical technique" and "juridical technique of law-enforcement acts" has been proposed, means, methods and rules of juridical technique of law-enforcement acts have been identified, the factors which have impact on it and requirements have been analyzed. The peculiarities of content, nature and essence of juridico-technical formation of law-enforcement acts have been identified, their specificity has been ascertained and recommendations of improvement of mentioned formation have been formulated.
