Kravets I. Legal status of subjects of organizational - economic authorities.

Thesis is an independent completed scientific work. It is devoted to a complex researching of a legal status of subjects of organizational-economic authorities. A history of origin and formation of subjects with organizational-economic authorities' in Ukraine is investigated. The notion and reasons for appearance of organizational-economic authorities and the notion of subject of these authorities, normative - juridical foundation for the subject activities of organizational-economic authorities are determined. Features of a legal status of separate kinds of subjects of organizational - economic authorities in Ukraine are determined: state authorities, local authorities, economic associations, property owners. The legal status of subjects with organizational-economic authorities' features in foreign countries, the international organizations, particularly in the European Union is separately considered. The especial attention in the thesis is applied to development of practical recommendations for the improvement of the legislation of Ukraine. It's proposed to include in Economic law of Ukraine the unit ІІ1 "Subjects of organizational - economic authorities".
