Gornostaj M. Development of personalization methods and algorithms for e-Learning

Thesis is devoted to development of new personalization methods for e-Learning systems and to building of the architecture of Information systems that support personalization. Mathematical model of personalization formulated; principles and advantages of recommender systems development are formulated and proved based on conducted analysis. New method for deployment in e-Learning systems developed. Recommender algorithm built based on developed method, algorithm is oriented on decreasing of recommendation computation time. Developed algorithm's execution results are compared with known algorithms' execution results using real big data sets and this comparison proved increasing of recommendation adequacy level and decreasing of recommendation computation time.
