Essay

The complex system of evaluatuon of quality (CSEQ) of habitation is created. Application of the system allow formalizing correlation between the heterogeneous criteria of evalution, in theory to ground the maximum values of indexes, perfect procedures of treatment and analysis of results of questioning. The practical value of the complex of evalution of internals of habitation consistsin reduction of amount of variants, simplification of calculations, economy of time and other resources in the process of planning. CSEQ allows to estimate separate decisions, verifications advertising, carry out objective comparison of different alternate designs and also to determine validity of cost of habitation.
