Petakh A. Тhe surgical treatment of the patients with head soft tissues defects

The thesis is devoted for the optimisation of the patient's treatment with extensive and severe head soft tissue defects. The algorithm of diagnostic and medical actions was developed and introduced in practice, which consists of accurate consecutive stages of clinical and tool methods of inspection and the ways of the differentiated choice of a surgical tissue defect elimination. The indications to operations on the basis of improvement of modern methods and their combinations are defined. Wide introduction in reconstructive practice of the usage of perforant flaps, a preliminary tissue extension, the preoperative angioarchitecture investigationof lead to rising results efficiency. These data had been confirmed by depression of the frequency of postoperative complications, the reduction of duration of the terms of patients treatment and the improvement of quality functional and aesthetic results.
