Radzhabova S. Identification as is manifested in personality problem of a subject

The dissertation focuses on the phenomenon of identification and how it manifests itself in personality problem of a subject. Elucidated were theoretical approaches to the concept of identification from the perspective of its impact on formation and development of psychics of a person, these approaches compared to understanding of identification in psychodynamic approach. Elicited were in-depth psychological features of subject's identification with primary libido objects, as well as its liaison with conventional values, idealized "Self" and object relationships. The author investigates how subject's identification affects shaping of personality problem that arises from internal contradiction in psychics between the trends towards strong and towards weak, towards life and towards psychological death, towards people and away from people (psychological impotence). Adequate techniques used within the method of active socio-psychological learning (ASPL) enable us to detect identification in subject's personality problem. The in-depth psychological correction was necessitated for future practical psychologists, supposed to be executed using the ASPL method, for offsetting destructive influence of subject's identification with primary libido objects on the subject's psychics.
