Posnova T. The mechanism of functioning of social component of economic safety

Socio-economic relations and features of their influence are on forming of the system of economic security in the conditions of transformation economy. The thesis is devoted to research the mechanism of functioning of social component of economic safety. Methods: analysis of the systems and comparative, synthesis, index and factor analysis. It includes the essence questions of economic safety as bases of realizing functional mechanism's social component of economic safety and its description, the functioning mechanism's sence of social component for economic safety and tendencies, contradiction's of the researching mechanism are it exposed in this scientific work. From theory's and practical point of view it is proved that the functioning mechanism's social component of economic safety is the organizational method of social and economy system's elements cooperation and its global aim is coordination and management of socio-economic processes for supplying with realization national economy interests, prevention of social security's threats, achieving such level of economy safety; and will be able for effective reaching national economy and social goals. It has been done to recognize the condition value of social economic safety with help of evaluation index for socio-economic situation in Ukraine and factory analysis results determine great influence of social processes on the state of economy. There is a character is tics of social risks and threats in economic security and given ways of their prevention and overcoming according to use the functioning mechanism's social component of economic safety in the Thesis. The decisive role of social policy as economy security method has been defined. Enforcement authorities, educational process.
