Zhumykina O. Cliniko-morfological criteria of diagnostics and therapy of psoriasis

In the dissertation work a theoretical ground is given and the scientific and practical problem of improvement of diagnostics is decided for the increase of efficiency of pathogenic therapy of patients by the severe forms of psoriasis on the basis of study of clinical-morphological features of treatment's pathomorphosis of the different stages of psoriasis, the clinical-morphological criteria of prognosis of resistance psoriatic forms to treatment by methotrexat. At treatment of patients the severe forms of psoriasis it is well-proven that methotrexatе is medication of choice. During analysis results of the histological, electronmicroscopic and immunohistochemical researches we can assert that morphological signs in different stages of psoriasis modified depend from methods of treatment. Inclusion of medication methotrexatе in treatment of psoriasis leads to more fast regression of psoriatic elements and decrease severity of process. But, 13,3% of the patients with psoriasis remain signs of progressionand were still resistance to treatment by methotrexatе. At the clinical-morphological study of treatment's pathomorphosis these patients are exposed the metabolic syndrome. The purposeful and individualized including of normalizing metabolic processes medication and increasing doses of methotrexatе in the standard treatment is recommended.
