Research object: the process of the service enterprises adaptation to the competitive market conditions. Research purpose: working of the scientific grounded proposals for the organizational-economic bases of the agroservice enterprise diversification improvement. Research technignes: abstract-logical, comparing analysis, synthesis, statistically economic, monographic, expert evaluation, calculation and constructional, SWOT-analyses etc. Theoretical and practical results: scientific outcomes, formulated in a thesis obtained conclusions and recommendations can be used in the motivation of diversification activities of the agroservice enterprises as a strategic orientation, and also for the successful implementation providing. The practical use the dissertation results is the forming of the proposals regarding the solution of the problem of the organization of the agrarian producers service improvement in the context of the complementation development of the agroservice enterprises and agricultural producers which would insure their adaptation to the competitive market conditions. Scientific novelty:the demand for the application of the agroservice enterprises diversification activities based on variant-oriented prognostication have been grounded for the first time; the determinations of the essence of agrarian service and diversification have been improved, the mechanism of agroservice enterprise diversification activities has been theoretically grounded; the determinations of the particularities and facts which negatively effect the forming and development of the agroservice enterprises, the develop of the concept model of the agroservice cluster, the proposals regarding the necessity of the monitoring of agroservice cluster function have got further development. Degree of introduction: the findings of investigation utilized in practical activity by the Zhytomyr Regional State Rada, agroservice enterprise “Agropostach”, and also in the educational process of the Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. Efficiency: the research results substantiate the concepts of the development of agroservice enterprises on the bases of the diversification activities.
