Dissertation is aimed at establishment of dominating physical and chemical factors determining dynamics of hydrocarbons areas in the roof of an underground gas generator as well as grounding technological measures to extract liquid products of gasification. Dissertation is aimed at establishment of dominating physical and chemical factors determining dynamics of hydrocarbons areas in the roof of an underground gas generator as well as grounding technological measures to extract liquid products of gasification. To ground parameters of hydrodynamic extraction of liquid hydrocarbons, accumulated in rocks the complex approach, was used. It includes the analysis of actual data relevant to gas leakage on the stations of underground coal gasification; physical modelling of dynamics forming hydrocarbons areas; as well as the complex of special laboratory analyses; mathematical modelling of mass transport of gasification products. As a result of physical and mathematical simulation of coal gasification the features and parameters of gasification were established product and size and form hydrocarbon areas formed in the roof of underground gas generator, were determined. The grounded order of opening and gasifying the area of a coal seam foresees extraction of gasification liquid products of from a reaction channel, which allows increasing advantages and efficiency of gasification.
