The object is process of formation medical diagnosis of condition patients with multiple trauma; optimization structure and improvement of methodical maintenance of biotechnical system medical diagnostics of patients with multiple trauma in which possibilities of means and knowledge doctor are as much as possible used; methods – model of formation diagnosis process, considering reception and transformation information, theoretically substantiated method of formalization qualitative medical and biologic indicators taking into account distortion linguistic estimations, offered to use development, as criterion of estimation of overall performance system medical diagnostic time of preservation operator attention; result – created on basis of fuzzy logic theory the hardware-software complex for diagnostics stomach closed trauma at multiple trauma; all these thesis have been developed in Kharkov institute of general and urgent surgery; the field is resuscitation science.
