Test object: Piglets of Large White breed, fish forage addition, powder of haemoglobin and organic selenium. Subject of scientific research: Chemical composition of untraditional forage additions of animal origin and organic selenium, productivity of pigs, biochemical indexes of blood, morphological composition of carcasses of animals, quality of products, fat-acides composition of muscles, exchange of matters in the organism of sapling of pigs. Investigation methods: Zootechnic, physiological, biochemical, histological and statistical. Scientific development: The biological value of untraditional forage additions is first set in feeding of pigs, the optimum doses of feeding of these matters are certain, their influence on productive qualities of pigs and financial viability of their use in the conditions of central Steppe of Ukraine. Significance of effect: Using of untraditional forage additions of animal origin for replacement of soy-bean pomace in optimum doses is instrumental in intensification ofaverage daily increases of piglets on 1,9-8,9 % at the simultaneous increase of payment of forage, decline of prime price of pork and maintainance of high quality of meat.
