Essay

The research work explores technological control and maintenance during waterproofing recovering concrete products. The work observes waterproofing tendencies worldwide. Constructive and managerial recovery of concrete surfaces solutions in Ukraine has been analysed. Complex recovery process research proved that quality of the implemented tasks much depends upon the material. Penetrating waterproofers has highly recovering properties and are easy to use. Statistical data analysis obtained during project construction in Ukrainian cities and in foreign scientific journals, displayed penetrating waterproofers and technologies as high -quality recovery method. The research work has showed the normative documentation is far behindhand of recovery development pace. Penetrating waterproofers application enables enhance recovery quality and efficiency.
