Bezuglyy O. The local community in Ukraine: directions and factors of sustainable development

Object of decision is the process of development of a local community in the system of local government. The purpose: a theoretical substantiation of the basic directions and revealing of effective factors of a sustainable development of a local community and working out of practical recommendations concerning introduction in activity of sustainable development principles of local governments. Methods: the analysis and synthesis, abstractly logic, the system approach, the multifactorial analysis, forecasting, formally logic, supervision, an expert estimation, analogies. Results: main principles are theoretically proved and directions and effective factors of a sustainable development of a local territorial community in Ukraine are defined. Novelty: it is developed and proved main principles of a sustainable development of a local territorial community, the basic contradictions of its development are defined. It is introduced in activity of bodies of the state executive power and local governments of the Kharkiv and Poltava regions. Sphere of usage: the public administration, local government, training and retraining of public servants, and also officials of local government.
