Systems of corporate management in machine-building are the object. The purpose: development of theoretical and practical basics of corporate management systems formation in machine-building. Methods of the research: comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, system approach, methods of expert judgment, grouping and economic analysis, formalization and economic-mathematic modeling. Methodical recommendations for evaluation of indicators' influence on economic effects of organizational structure of machine-building corporate management using correlative-regression model have been worked out for the first time. The structural decomposition of corporate systems management according to the topological-conceptual and functional features; the system of indicators of composite effectiveness evaluation of corporate management; methodical recommendations for choosing effective motivation methods on the basis of methods matrix have been improved. The categories "corporate management", "system of corporate management"; the list of corporate management principles have been further developed. The results of the research are applied at the enterprises and in educational process. Activity of machine-building corporate structures is the sphere of use.
