Kravchuk V. Mutual relations of social organizations and the government under the conditions of civil society in Ukraine (theoretical and legal aspects)

The problem of mutual relations of social organizations and the government in civil society has been researched integrated in the dissertation. The essence of civil society and its correlation with state are revealed, the concept "social organization" is determined, characteristic features of social organizations, assignments and theirs role in society are determined, the classifications of social organizations by various criterions and principles of their activity are given. The analysis of status of state regulation by creation and activity of social organizations in Ukraine and also determination of limits of the government's interference by functioning of social organizations in civil society are attended. The dissertation analyzes the peculiarities of mutual relations between the government and separate forms of social organizations in civil society. The concrete ways of improvement of legal regulation by creation and activity of social organizations and consequently optimization of forming process of civil society in Ukraine are formulated on the basis of analysis of theoretical and practical researches, gathered material and norms of existing legislation.
