Olena V. Court as a subject of civil procedural legal relations.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of problems in legal status of court as the basic subject of civil procedural legal relationships. The special attention is paid to the analysis of the role and the place of the court in these relationships. The content characteristic of the category "proper court" is disclosed. Advantages and disadvantages of the collegiate and sole order of the civil cases solution is generalized. The offers regarding the optimal court composition in different instances are elaborated as well as the changes of the list of civil cases categories with obligatory participation of the people's lay judges. The conclusions and recommendations concerning the improvement of legislation in the field of the court composition regulation and court removal order are formulated.
