Object of the investigation - experimental animals with model of reperfusion syndrom, combined with the influence of ionizing radiation; the purpose - to establish a role of proteolysis and lipid peroxidation in development of reperfusion syndrom, combined with the influence of ionizing radiation, and to prove pathogenetic approaches to its correction experimentally by means of combined use of inhibitors of proteolysis and antioxidants; methods – pathophysiological, biochemical, morphological, statistical; novelty and results - will consist in an experimental substantiation of the pathogenetic importance of activation of proteolysis and lipid peroxidation at development of reperfusion syndrom, combined with the influence of ionizing radiation, and efficiency of combined use of means of metabolic correction – inhibitor of proteolysis contrycal and antioxidant corvitin; firstly it is revealed, that development of reperfusion syndrom, combined with the influence of ionizing radiation, is accompanied by activation of nonspecific proteases on a general level – in the blood serum and locally – in tissues. It is established, that morphological changes in tissues in development of reperfusion syndrom, combined with the influence of ionizing radiation, depends on expression of disbalance in proteolysis and lipid peroxidation systems; firstly the complex experimental investigation of effectiveness of combined use of antioxidant corvitin and inhibitor of proteolysis contrycal with model of reperfusion syndrom, combined with the influence of ionizing radiation, is carried out. It is revealed, that use of these preparation reduces biochemical changes in liver, kidneys and mucosa of small intestine and prevents morphological changes in organs of experimental animals; it was introduced - in studding process at departments of pathophysiology of medical universities in Crimea, Kharkov, Ternopol, Donetsk, at department of radiation diagnostics and radiation therapy of Crimean state medical university named after S. I. Georgievsky; sphere of use - medicine (pathological physiology).
