Chumakova O. The ways of development of local self-government of Ukraine in the context of experience of the Memberstates of the European Union

Research object - the processes of development of local self-government represent forming of the different systems in Ukraine and memberstates of European Union. A research purpose is determination of ways of development of local self-government in Ukraine and states of European Union and possibilities of application of leading European experience at forming of the modern Ukrainian system of local self-government. Research methods: dialectical, legalistically-logical, historical and low, comparative, legalistically-logical et al. Scientific novelty: First: classification of progress of local self-government of the states of European Union trends is developed; it is suggested to enter an administrative agreement in the system of local acts of local self-government as basic legal form. Improved: scientific interpretation of concept "Progress of local self-government trends"; going near the analysis of the system of local self-government for the purpose its rationality and ability to overcome the existent problems of functional, legal and materially-financial character in the conditions of application of European experience of governmental activity. Practical value of results: recommendations can be used for the improvement of norms of current legislation, for studies aims.
