The object of research: the process of the management of a sale policy of the enterprises-producers of the medicinal preparations; the purpose of the dissertation: the generalization and development of the theoretical bases of the process of the management of a sale policy of the modern pharmaceutical enterprises-producers and working out of the scientifically grounded methodical providing and its improvement; the methodic of the research and system: the theoretical generalization, the statistical and comparative analysis, the system approach, the method of the expert estimations, the multidimensional analysis (cluster analysis, discriminate analysis and the method of tacsonomia ); the theoretical and practical results: it is improved: the methodical approach to forming of the system of sale of new medicinal preparations of the producer on the principle of «exclusive distribution», the technology of the valuing of the level of using of the sale potential of the pharmaceutical enterprise-producer, the determination of the concept, “sale policy”; has got subsequent development: the methodical providing to select own system of sale the medicinal preparations by the producer – distributors, economic maintenance and sequence of the management stages by a sale policy of the pharmaceutical enterprise-producer; the practical value of the got results is consisted in the development of the scientifically grounded methodical providing for the improvement of the management of the sale process of the pharmaceutical products by the producers; the object and degree of the introduction: the developments are inculcated into the practical activity of “The pharmaceutical company “Health”, SI “GNCLS”, OAA “KPP “The Red Star”; the sphere of the employment: the sale activity of the pharmaceutical enterprises-producers, the educational process.
