The dissertation is dedicated to elaboration of theoretical and methodical positions of the organization of chartering tramp vessels for carriages of cargoes. Chartering is a part of forward-ing services of bulk cargoes. The place and role of forwarding companies were determined, the main positions of their activity were formulated. The model of organization of carriages of goods was offered. It regards the productive capacities of transport systems and lets to base deci-sion for conclusion of trade contract on different terms of deliv-ery.
