Diagnostics and a choice of optimum surgical tactics algorithm in cases with cholelytiasis are de-veloped in the dissertational work. One-stage choledocholytoextraction is indicated for big sizes stones and also after unsuccessfull endoscopic papillosphyncterotomy. The hardest technical variant for laparo-scopic cholecystectomy at patients with complicated forms of cholelytiasis is gall-bladder infiltrate and an abscess. Laparoscopic operations methods using in cases with choledocholytiasis gives possibility to de-crease the level of trauma in comparison with open operations. Minimal invasive surgical methods using at patients with choledoholytiasis has allowed to improve results of their surgical treatment and to de-crease the number of postoperative complications from 10,4% to 4,8% and also to reduce duration of a rehabilitation period duration after operations, that proves to be true more higher life quality indicators in comparison with patients group after open operations.
