Essay

Thesis is complex scientific research of a law procedure, as independent law category and effective law means. For the analysis of this law category the author used the theoretical developments of native and foreign specialists in the field of the theory of the law, the works of recognized authoritative scientists both of modern time and of ancient historical periods. In the work a notion of the legal procedure, its sighs, principles and functions are researched, a structure of the law procedure is determined. In addition to it in the work a ratio of the legal procedure with the other law categories such as a process, procedural form, legal relationships is analyzed.
