In dissertational work complex theoretical and methodological research of essence and character of is innovative-investment activity is carried out, factors of influence on innovations and investments are revealed. At their comparison discrepancy and on occasions and different orientation actions of factors concerning motivation to investments and innovations is revealed. Necessity of synchronization of innovative and investment activity due to association market and state regulation is certain. Classification of innovations by criterion of motivation to innovative activity on the basis of allocation is material-motivational and economical target directions in structure of enterprise interest are offered. It is proved, that regulating influence of the state in is innovative-investment sphere it should be aimed, on the one hand, at motivation of economic subjects, and from another - on removal of obstacles which arise on a way of realization of innovative investments.
