Stepanenko S. Transformation of ownership relations in the postindustrial economy

Complex analysis of transformation processes which take place in the system of ownership relations during forming the postindustrial economy is implemented in the research work. The researcher also proves that economic system of the postindustrial society is an aggregate of two components: classical and new economy. The author substantiates wide and narrow interpretation of a new economy as a component of the postindustrial economy, discovers the influence of globalization and informatization, valuable and sociocultural factors on forming a new economy and transformation of ownership relations. The researcher considers basic approaches to interpretation of the concept “property”, defines the main directions of transformation of ownership relations in the postindustrial economy, exposes the value of intellectual property in modern conditions through the description of its objects, analysis of intellectual production, consideration of three-level structure and varieties of intellectual capital, determines the essence of processes of intellectualization, transnationalization, internetization, virtualization of ownership.
