This work is dedicated to franchising system investigation, its peculiarities and forms in modern Ukrainian economy exposure. Basic elements and functions of franchising, its structure and forms are analyzed. Direct and indirect income of franchiser is offered to define. Functions of the primary fee for franchiser are determined. Life cycle of franchising, its stages and peculiarities of franchising subjects relations are analyzed. The peculiarities of the branch and national franchising development are determined. Common and special features of vertical and horizontal integrated enterprise networks are investigated. Factors of competitiveness and the peculiar impact on customers are defined.
