Dyad’ko Y. The development of mortgage crediting as a factor of socialization of the economic system

Dissertation work is devoted complex research of mortgages relations evolution in combination with socialization genesis through development of relations of property with the usage of interdisciplinary methodology and behavioral approach. An analysis is conducted in relation to working out basic social problems in an economy by development of the mortgage crediting and it is discovered that at different levels of development of society the most urgent social problems differ. The increase of availability of habitation can resolve most social problems of society by implication. The Ukrainian model of the mortgage crediting SOMME (Social Oriented Mortgage in of Market Economy) is elaborated. The value of model consists in possibility to stimulate the process of socialization of the Ukrainian economy and create terms for existence of the effective system of receipt of accessible habitation for persons with average profits in Ukraine, that to fix a middle class. It is proved that the mortgage crediting, incase of the proper public policy, is instrumental in socialization of economy.
