The dissertation is devoted to research into the problem of efficiency of using of machine-building enterprises' managerial staff of in modern terms of manage. Complex scoring system of efficiency of using managerial staff taking into consideration the efficiency of its forming, activity and development is founded. The pattern of machine-building enterprises' managerial staff effectiveness increase process is proposed. Algorithms of scoring process of efficiency of managerial staff using and process of managerial staff training are worked out. In the course of the investigation the category "the efficiency of managerial staff using" was determined as an extent of goals of activity of an enterprise attainment by effective forming, activity and development of managerial staff. In the dissertation technical approaches to definition of knowledge which is necessary for effective management are supplemented with socio-psychological and legal approaches, which are greatly imports for a managerial employee. Main methodological problems of the evaluation of efficiency of managerial staff using are systematized. Evaluation methods of efficiency of managerial staff use are investigated. The system of signs and indexes which take into account the specific of managerial staff activity of machine-building enterprises is developed. In the course of the analysis of the state and the problem of efficiency of the managerial staff use researches are conducted on machine-building enterprises. The efficiency of managerial staff use (its forming, activity and development) is evaluated. This evaluation is allowed to determine an extent of realization managerial potential. Recommendations for the increase of efficiency of the use of managerial staff on the enterprises of engineer are grounded. It is well-proven that the estimation of efficiency of studies allows to set, what benefit from the studies of administrative workers is extracted by an enterprise, outlaying here the facilities directed on development.
