Object of research: socio-economic processes what is going on a background realization of market laws in their association with the state functions of adjusting of modern economy. Purpose of research: further devel-opment of conceptual theoretical and methodological bases of research of modern model of adjusting of economy of social orientation by means of mechanism of association of markets and planned methods, deter-minations of role of economic and social institutes in this process. Methods of research: method of systems analysis; comparatively-factor and economical and sta-tistical methods of analysis of hierarchy; method of logical ground. Results: theoretical and methodological bases of research of process of forming of the system of adjusting of market economy of social orientation are certain; author conception of adjusting of economy of social orientation is developed; expedience of public domain and state control is certain above natural re-sources, including landed; position is grounded thatthe mixed economy requiring the enough difficult mecha-nism of adjusting is basis of the system of adjusting of market economy of social orientation; economic and social institutes and their role are certain in the system of adjusting of modern economy.
