Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of blood proteins oxidizing modifica-tion, plasma serum cortisol and aldosterone concentration, heart rhythm va-riety, brain functional status and quality life of patients with essential hyper-tension of ІІ stages which constantly live in industrial city. It was shown the intensification of oxidizing processes, neurohumoral disbalance, brain electricity and cerebral hemodynamics dysfunction in pa-tients with essential hypertension of ІІ stages which constantly live in the conditions of the urbanized region, in comparison with patients from an eco-logically region. Expedience of administration of drugs with metabolic and antioxidant properties (Mildronat and Oxybral) in addition to standard hy-potensive therapy with the purpose of quality life optimization at these pa-tients.
