The thesis is devoted improvement of quality complex premixes with use complex basis for premixes and to decrease in specific power inputs on their manufacture. Theoretically also possibility of increase of uniformity premixes by application complex basis for premixes which structure provides the maximum approach of physical properties to groups of the fodder biologically active substances generated by a principle of conformity of physical properties is experimentally proved. The structure complex basis for premixes on the basis of bran wheaten and calcareous flour is scientifically proved.The technology is approved and introduced on Open Society «Belgorod-Dnestrovsky Combine of bakeries» and Ovidiopolsky premixes mill.
