Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of preparation technology of plant carbo-hydrate protein supplement (PCPS) by vermicultivation for feeding farming livestock. Biological protein synthesis where the nutrient medium is a natural polymer, sunflower husk (SH), is considered. The producer and the target product is Eisenia foetida culture for the biochemical synthesis of the protein constituents, which contain essential amino-acids, metallic proteins and metallic enzymes.
