Gybachov O. Didactic Conditions for Individual Pre-profile Training of Basic School Students

The thesis presents the analysis of the problem of individual training and the state of pre-profile training of basic school students in the frame of a secondary educational establishment. It also theoretically establishes didactic foundations for individual pre-profile training of basic school students and suggests the pedagogical model of individual pre-profile training of basic school students. The paper determines the didactic conditions for individual pre-profile training of basic school students: introduction of psychodiagnostics for students' individual features and providing psychological-pedagogical support of its development; formation of the basis for variable component in educational contents (pre-profiles, courses of individual choice: optional courses, circles, clubs, sections) and providing its superfluous volume; ensuring the independent individual choice of the training activity for a student (special courses in the framework of the pre-profiles, individual courses); formation and phased development of students' personal profile-oriented interests; organization of the training process as a single pedagogical scope to provide the most complete realization of a personality's individual features.
