Redko T. Clinical-psychological peculiarities of depressive disorders in women on involution background and their psychocorrection

In the process of fulfilling the dissertation work on the basis of analyses and prognostic estimation of clinical-psychopathological and pathopsychological peculiarities of women with depression disorders (DD) and on involution background there was scientifically substantiated, elaborated and introduced a system of their psychocorrection into the health service practice. It was fixed that in clinical structure of DD in women of involution age the considerable extent belongs to affective disorders of mood: light and moderate episode and recurrent depressive disorders. There were established 4 leading clinical variants of DD current in women on involution background: astheho-hypothimic (40,0%), anxious (31,7%), senesto-hypochondriacal (20,0%) and conversive-hypochondriacal (8,3%). On the basis of fulfilling the multi-stageous statistic analyses there were defined interrelationship peculiarities in age, medical-social and anamnestic characteristics of DD appearance during involutional period, their primary clinically-outlined manifestations and also direct clinical and pathopsychological indications, settled up structural peculiarities of the main grouping of medical-social, pathopsychologic and clinical-psychopathologic characteristics of DD current in women involution background, statistic models were devised, which permit to foresee the degree of probability of arise and peculiarities of clinical current of DD in women of involution age, there were indicators defined, which greatly influence the DD current on involution background, conditioning different degree of expression of their leading clinical manifestations.
