The dissertation is devoted to optimization of diagnostics of microvascular dysfunction after primary coronary interventions in patients with acute ST-myocardial infarction. Low tissue-level perfusion after the primary coronary interventions is associated with slow epicardial flow, distal embolization after primary coronary interventions and worse longitudinal left ventricular function and worse clinical outcomes.
