Essay

The thesis presents a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical basis of corporate culture development within the process of formation of social-labor relations on an enterprise. The author establishes a set of methods for determination of corporate culture impact on the results of an enterprise financial-economic activity that is based upon the correlation between the profit and the integral indicator of the corporate culture. The mechanism of development of corporate culture is presented and it incorporates the primary actions, priority tasks, and the trends of an enterprise enhancement of corporate culture.
