Object of research is process of management personnel activity results determination. The purpose of work are theoretical ground, improvement and realization of methodical approaches and practical recommendations on forming of the industrial enterprise management personnel activity effectiveness integral estimate system. Research methods are theoretical generalization, morphological analysis, system analysis, formalization, multicriterion estimation.
