Certainly teoretiko-methodological principles of research of the political advertising in the conditions of modern elections. The difficult interconditionality of the political advertising and valued subsystem of the normative system of society is found out. Basic kinds and features of adjusting of publicity activity are selected. On the basis of study of wide empiric base the complex scientifically grounded description of features of the political advertising is conducted in Ukraine, the system of concrete measure, called to promote efficiency of its adjusting and prevent manipulations consciousness of elector is recommended.
