Oksana V. Contract of adhesion in Civil Law of Ukraine

The most important theoretical and practical issues, concerning the contract of adhesion as a specific civil construction are examined in this thesis. The author has researched institutionalization of the contracts of adhesion and their importance in modern civil circulation. The author has proved contractual but not normative nature of the mentioned above contract. Legal specific features of the contract of adhesion have been analyzed in this work. On the basis of this analysis the author has defined this contract. For the first time, the researcher suggests the way of qualification of a civil contract as the contract of adhesion. The process of classification of the conditions of the contract of adhesion has been researched in the paper. The author has exposed the legal meaning of this classification. Legal consequences of the qualification of a civil contract as the contract of adhesion have been described in this work.
