The scientific study is focused on the decision of actual obstetric question - decline of HIV vertical transmission level from mother to child by means of decline preterm rupture of fetal shells level in pregnant with bacterial vaginosis, applying complex of nosotropic therapy for effective disinfecting of infectious source. These was conducted retrospective analysis of pregnancy, birth and post-delivery period in HIV- infected woman and found prognostic criteria for preterm rupture of fetal shells. Specific composition and population level of bacterial landscape in HIV - woman with the preterm rupture of fetal shells. Factors and mechanisms of non-specific and specific immune antiinfectious protection and the state of lipids oxidization and unlimited proteolysis are detected. It is nosotropic grounded and inculcated in clinical practice rational delivery of woman with preterm rupture of fetal shells for prevention in the HIV-infected woman on a background of bacterial vaginosis.
