Essay

On the basis of complex inspection 105 patients with subarachnoid haemorrhages cause by rebleeding of ruptured intracranial aneurysms, which included the clinical monitoring, computer tomographic investigation, ultrasound and angiographic research of structural and functional descriptions of brain vessels and cerebral blood stream, it is set that the flow of disease was determined not only localization and character of pathological process but also sinergistical action of developing complications, the clinico-anatomical form of haemorrhage, age of patients, the change of system physiological indexes of organism (blood pressure, temperature of body) and depended on the features of primary hemorrhage. The prevalence of the poured out blood, striking the different structures of brain and subarachnoid spaces is the most meaningful factor, determining the flow of disease. The uncovered character of clinical, structural and haemodynamic changes gave the possibility to pick out factors of the flow disease. The complex analysis of these factors was the basis for mathematical model creation. This model is the effective system of prognostications terms of rebleeding. Received results is directed on optimization of treatment of the patients suffering from aneurismal intracranial haemorrhages. Key words: subarachnoid haemorrhage, intracranial aneurysm, rebleeding, prediction.
