An object – agrotechnical measures of winter wheat growing optimization in the conditions of north Steppe of Ukraine, particularities of forming and realization the corn productivity and quality potential depending on soil-climatic and technological factors on fallow. Purpose – to ground the expedience and define the sowing terms correction and doses of nitric fertilizer application possibility of winter wheat for the insufficient moistening conditions of north Steppe of Ukraine which would be based on adaptive plant-growing principles in the modern conditions of global temperature rising and provided the high harvests of high-quality corn, and also to find out the efficiency of the offered receptions. Methods – fields and laboratory-fields experiments. Results: basic technological elements of winter wheat growing are improved, which foresee sowing on September, 25 with nitric fertilizer application in early spring term on froze-melted soil superficially by the dose of N30 with the next bringing of N30at the end of tillering phase locally and N30 on up the leaves in the ear appearance phase, that allows to get the harvest of 6,5-7,0 tons per ha of III corn quality class with high economic production efficiency, that for 39,0-345,0 uah per ton, diminishes a prime price and for 681,0-3460,0 uah multiplies a net profit.
