Krychkovs'ka A. Scientific-methodical approaches to forming of pharmaceutical component of medical insurance

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical positions and methodical approaches to forming of pharmaceutical constituent in the model of the system of obligatory medical insurance in Ukraine on the base of existent social institutes for minimization of organizational charges. The review of data of functioning of the systems of state insurance is presented in ES countries and assessment of social funds. The results of activity of private insurance companies of Ukraine are analysed. The matrix of SWOT-analysis of insurers is created for the optimum alternative of treatment-prophylactic institution of partner from collaboration. The model of creation of the State Medical Fund on the base of thise informative systems of Tax Service and new organizational structure of functioning of pharmacy institutions of state form of ownership is offered. The necessity of obligatory study of insurance business is grounded as type discipline of organizationally-economic character, which is studied by speciality of 7.110206 “Clinical Pharmacy”. It is offered introduction of separate lecture courses and practicals, and also as discipline at the choice the «Pharmaceutical component of medical insurance» in the program of training of specialists of speciality 7.110201 «Pharmacy», for what the project of educational program of this discipline is developed. Perspective directions of creation of the system of state medical insurance are proposed in Ukraine.
