The dissertation deals with the actual problem in clinical urology - to raise the efficacy of a complex conservative treatment for patients with ureterolithiasis. The completeness and duration of renal blocking were controlled by Doppler coloured charting of urine ejaculation from ureteric cilia.There was developed and implemented the method for complex conservative therapy for patients with ureterolithiasis receiving Dicloberl, Focusin, Canephron, Cren-Max, antibiotics, uroseptics, grass diuretics and sances of hyperbaric oxygenation which in 69.3% of cases promoted self-passage of concrements against 35.6% of common methods of treatment in the control group.It has been proved that in the process of treatment of ureterolithiasis the course of conservative therapy in patients with ureterolithiasis must not exceed 10 days. Implementation of the developed method of conservative treatment for patients with ureterolithiasis leads to more complete and early restoration of functions of renal blocking.
